About the program

The Dynamic Spiral & Yin Fascial Yoga (DSYFYoga) Teacher Training program is developed by Beta Lisboa and Sai Calder combining a dedicated life of research, practice and teaching Yang & Yin Yoga, Qigong, 5 Elements Daoism, Mindfulness, Myofascia Release Therapy, and Trauma Release Therapies. Creating a strong foundation for your ever-deepening practice and teaching.
This is a unique program made up of 4 modules of 50 hours training each that offers you a new perspective of movement and body mechanics awareness.
This foundation program teaches healing practices and methodologies for those who are interested on practicing and teaching a Fascia yoga based. Working on stillness and movement to integrate a very balanced lifetime practice.
Dynamic Spiral Yoga practice is a Fascial movement exploration through combining elements of Qigong, Gyrokinesys, Spontaneous and Spirals movements. With a strong and steady background practice, Beta and Sai will teach in a traditional yet grounded way combining the main sequence with traditional Hatha Yoga postures, Sun Salutations and the whole concept of Spinal and Fascia Release Flow.
The Yin Fascial Yoga is a practice which combines 5 elements. Qigong, Mindfulness, Myofascial Release, TCM, tools to bring effectiveness to the yoga practice to become a trauma healing focus. All combined with effective fascial healing using stillness and movement in the poses.
The Dynamic Spiral Yoga comes together with Yin Fascial Yoga offering balance to the whole system. The Dynamic Spiral Yoga is the yang practice related to the fascial movement. Re-educating the body and mind for a new way of united tridimensional movement, on fascial !

How it works

  • 4 trainings of 50 hours each
  • Each 50 hours is delivered in 1 week
  • 180 hours of contact and 20 hours of non–contact tutoring hours for studies and homework
  • Register for each module of 50 hours trainings if you would like to complete the program in another

50-Hour Dynamic Spiral Yoga (Part 1)

This module is a solid foundation of the Dynamic Spiral Yoga system that focuses on the release, strengthen and healing of the Myofascial tissue and how to take Yin energetic qualities into the Yang Dynamic fluid movements.

50-Hour Dynamic Spiral Yoga (Part 2)

This module is about an in depth study of the Yang (Dynamic Spiral) sequences combined with Yang Yoga postures for a more balanced practice and teachings on fluidity and structure.

50-Hour Yin Fascial Yoga (Structural Body)

This module gives students a thorough understanding of the importance of the integration of Myofascial Release techniques and 5 elements Qigong to their current Yoga practice.

50-Hour Yin Fascial Yoga (Energetic Subtle Body)

This module is an in depth study of the energetics of fascia related to Meridians and Chakras, combined with Yin Fascial Yoga for a deeper balanced practice and teachings.
