Led by Beta Lisboa, Founder of DSYF Yoga, Beta brings you a refined combination of Yin & Yang Yoga styles, based on a very feminine approach on fascia awareness exploration.
The system integrates Mindfulness, Myofascial Release, Therapy, Spontaneous Movement, Somatic Experience Elements, and Eastern Western Holistic Health Perspectives, combined into a complete methodology and transformational tool of Dynamic Spiral and Yin Fascial Yoga.
Beta has been traveling around the world sharing her teachings and love for a fulfilled and conscious life.
“A divine growth and expansion on knowledge, practice, teachings and a life’s sharing together”, as Beta defines it. Her aim with this programme is to continue guiding people to reconnect with their bodies and how to live a present, joyful and peaceful life.
Eventually building a community of leading DSYFYoga practitioners, empowering them to share the work and teach this practice around the globe.
