WHAT ARE YOU GETTING FROM THESE WORKSHOPS?

Do you feel your body connected to your emotions and thoughts as you are practicing yoga?

These are what we are going to offer you in this three workshops series.

Through Five Elements Qigong, Dynamic Spiral and Yin Fascial Yoga we will guide you into a mindful practice of fascia exploration. This is a fusion of yoga and Qigong to release, recharge and resource.

Being in connection with our felt sense brings us into the direct truth of who we are in every moment.

Deeply feeling ourselves in this practice we touch on the areas that we have been avoiding to feel.

We have a chance to touch our Samskaras in a mindful state allowing transformation towards freedom and self-liberation to take place. This is when it becomes a Trauma release practice through Yoga. Releasing held traumas is part of this practice if one is willing to witness through presence and compassion their Samskaras arising.

WORKSHOP 3: FASCIA MOVING TROUGH THE 5 ELEMENTS (27 October)

These three workshops together will give you a perfect combination of Yin and Yang practices.

WORKSHOP 1 – DYNAMIC SPIRAL YOGA FOR THE HEART & UPPER BACK

Dynamic Spiral Yoga focuses on the release, strengthening and healing of the Myofascial tissues and how to take Yin energetic qualities into Yang Dynamic fluid movements.

We will deeply explore the openness of the heart space, the diaphragm, the lungs in the thoracic region and their connection to breath, feeling and movement.

You will learn how to apply spiral movements and conditioning the fascial tissue into a complete multi-directional healthy network in a vinyasa and Yin practice.

Learn anatomy of the spine, diaphragm, heart and organs and how they interact together.

WORKSHOP 2 – FASCIAL YIN YOGA TO RELEASE STRESS & BLOCKAGES

WORKSHOP 3 – FASCIA MOVING TROUGH THE 5 ELEMENTS

Connection with the elements and organs – The visceral emotional intelligence

This workshop will give you a deeper connection to your organs and the related elements which are the foundation of our health and physical bodies. When we are out of touch with our deepest sense of feeling, our ‘Introceptive’ connection, we are out of touch with the core of who we are on a feeling / emotional level.

Each of the organs stores a different emotion from Joy to Anger, when these emotions are suppressed they are the cause of sickness.

In this workshop I will teach you how to open and feel each organ, release held emotions and direct energy through the Meridians, energising each organ with vitality and understanding the relationships between the 5 elements.

Trainers

Beta Lisboa, a Brazilian passionate spiritual seeker, is the founder of Dynamic Spiral Yin Fascial Yoga, a fascia awareness yoga system. Beta works as a Yoga teacher, Trauma Release Healer, Myofascial Body Therapist and Author.

After much research over 25 years of learnings, Beta’s passion focuses on women’s embodiment and trauma healing. Beta’s school of yoga advocated over more than 500 graduates in 20 different countries. With more than 25 years of experience in the healing and teaching field, Beta accumulates over 1000 hours of teachings.

At the moment Beta is offering 250H Trauma healing facilitator training as well as 50H, 200H and 500H of Dynamic Spiral Yin Fascial Yoga trauma informed trainings. All her yoga trainings are yin and yang fascia awareness basis programs. DSYFYoga is very feminine orientated, focusing on women’s embodiment and transformation.

Beta’s work is deeply influenced by the fields of mindfulness, trauma healing and Fascia based yoga. Her teachings continue to be one of the most inspiring and life changing experiences for both the body and the soul.

Beta´s work as a teacher, guide, and wellness practitioner transcends the physical realm and facilitates an inward & outward journey that is deeply revealing, nourishing, healing and empowering. Her knowledge, wisdom, dedication, passion, offerings and being are truly a gift to this world.
